Call out charges are wavered when the time billed exceeds the call-out charge.
The distance is calculated from Havelock North.
< 50 Km: NZ$60
> 50 Km: NZ$60 + NZ$1.00 per Km more than 50 Km
> 200 km: Please contact us
Managed services allow us to connect to your devices remotely. In most cases this allows us to support you without a call out.
The cost depends on the required maintenance required. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Ad-hock remote support is available without a contract when you are willing and able to install the required software for us to gain access.
Fault-finding and support is billed per hour in 30 min increments. If the problem is solved within one hour, then only the call out fee is charged.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm: NZ$120 per hour
Saturday 8am - 1pm: NZ$120 per hour
After Hours: NZ$180 per hour
General consulting, special projects and software development rates depend heavily on the scope and requirements.
